The Vacation Tracker rows use $2 per user on monthly billing. Their page says annual plans are priced in user tiers with a saving of about 10%, so check the annual number for your headcount.

It is live. You can install it in Slack today.
Integrations. ADP, Zapier, OpenAPI, and MCP sit on Core. Leave Keeper has a read API on Scale and nothing else on day one.
Depth on Complete. Accruals, hourly tracking, TOIL, multi-level approvals, substitute approvers, and shared calendars. Leave Keeper has none of these.
Locations. Core gives you 3 locations and Complete removes the cap. Leave Keeper has 4 country calendars and no location model.
