Pick it when one country and one chat app cover the company.
Business. 75 people, 20 policies, Slack and Teams, 12 departments with their own approver, all 4 holiday calendars at once, Google Calendar and Outlook sync, CSV import of 75 rows, 365 days of history. Pick it when Dubai and London share a workspace.
Scale. 200 people, 20 policies, 12 departments, sync for 200, one payroll CSV a month, a read API at 10,000 calls a month, CSV import of 200 rows, 1,095 days of history. The payroll file lists employee ID, leave type, dates, days in 0.5 steps, and the sick-pay stage. It does not push into payroll systems.
What is not in any plan
No clock-in. No shift rota. Timetastic sells that as a separate plan. No performance module and no document vault. If you need those, you want an HRIS.
No unlimited policies. Team has 8. Business and Scale have 20. If you track 21 leave types, you are over-specifying, or you need a bigger system.

Can I mix UAE and US policies on Team?
Yes, as two of your 8 policies. Team includes one holiday calendar, so Hijri holidays load only if you pick UAE or KSA. Two country calendars need Business.
Is Team priced per person?
No. Team is one flat price for the workspace, up to 25 people. Person 26 moves you to Business.
Do contractors count toward the cap?
Yes, if they request leave in the bot. Anyone outside your Slack or Teams workspace is not in the cap.
