This covers the founding list. The app is not live yet, so no leave data is stored.
StyleLine FZE, in the SRTIP Free Zone in Sharjah, runs Leave Keeper. When you join, we store the details listed below.
What we keep
Your email, optional answers, the time you joined and confirmed, the page you signed up on, the referrer and UTM tags if your link had them, a one-way hash of your IP address, and your browser's user agent. No password. No Slack, Teams, or employee data, because the app has not started.
Page visits are counted without cookies, and visit records keep no IP address.
Who can see it
Messages come from support@leavekeeper.com. StyleLine staff can read your sign-up details to confirm you, send the UAE and GCC leave policy template, and tell you when Leave Keeper opens.
We do not sell your address. We do not add it to a second list.
How to delete it
Use the delete link in the confirm email, or write to support@leavekeeper.com at any time.
Law
The laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates apply.
